Musyawarah Bersama Ikatan Wartawan Online Resmi Dibuka

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA — Musyawarah Bersama (Mubes) ke-I Ikatan Wartawan Online (IWO) yang digelar di Puri Mega, Jakarta, Jumat (8/9) resmi dibuka oleh Staf Khusus Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Henri Subiakto. Mubes dihadiri oleh ratusan anggota IWO yang ada di 31 provinsi di Indonesia.

Ketua Umum IWO masa bakti 2017-2022, Jodhi Yudono dalam sambutannya mengatakan saat ini kepengurusan IWO sudah terbentuk di 31 provinsi dan Pengurus Wilayah dan 40 Kab/Kota dengan nama Pengurus Daerah.

“Kehadiran IWO untuk mengiplementasikan UU No 40 Tahun 1999 tetang Pers yang mengatur tentang prinsip, ketentuan dan hak-hak penyelenggara pers di Indonesia, sekaligus mengikuti tata tertib dari Dewan Pers,” ujar Jodhi.

Kegiatan Mubes IWO ini akan dilaksanakan selama dua hari pada 8-9 September 2017. Menurut Jodhi, kegiatan in diberi nama Musyawarah Bersama (Mubes) Ke-I IWO untuk menunjukan kesamaan antar wartawan.

Dalam Mubes ini, pengurus IWO daerah yang hadir akan membahas AD/ART, Kode Etik Wartawan Online (KEWO), serta Kesejahteraan Anggota.

Dalam Mubes ke-I ini, IWO juga menggelar dikusi panel dengan tema Mubes Membangun Peradaban Pada Era Digital dengan menghadirkan pembicara, Gubernur Lemhanas, Letjen (Purn) Agus Widjojo, Staf Khusus Menkoinfo Henri Subiakto, Karo Multimedia Mabes Polri Brigjen Yanfitri, Ahli Cybercrime Gildas deograt lumy, Budayawan Mohamad Sobari, serta dosen Komunikasi Politik dan Kebangsaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar Arqam Azikin Dosen.

    З відкритих джерел Комісія також встановила, що послуги для забезпечення діяльності домену надаються компанією «OVH Hosting Oy», яка зареєстрована в Фінляндії, та використовує віртуальні приватні хмарні сервери (VPS), які забезпечують анонімність власників доменів.
    На офіційний запит Комісії про надання інформації від ЦБТ відповідь так і не надійшла.

    Згідно з даними Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань, офіційне представництво «ISRAEL INVESTMENTS LTD» в Україні зареєстровано як юридична особа – ПП “ІФЛК “ІЗРАЇЛЬ ІНВЕСТМЕНС” (код за ЄДРПОУ 42620622).
    Послуги забезпечення діяльності домену надаються компанією «101domain», яка зареєстрована в США, і також надає своїм клієнтам можливість приховати інформацію про них у загальнодоступних Інтернет джерелах.
    На офіційний запит Комісії про надання інформації від проекту відповідь так і не надійшла.
    Комісія констатує в обох випадках всі ознаки можливого зловживання на ринку фінансових послуг, що несе загрозу введення в оману громадян та втрати ними значних коштів. НКЦПФР вживає всіх законних заходів щоб мінімізувати потенційно протиправну діяльність та попереджає інвесторів про ризики втрати грошей.
