1. Pengurus Pusat terdiri dari Majelis Kehormatan,Majelis Etik dan Pengurus.

1. Anggota Berhak untuk mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh organisasi di semua tingkatan.

2. Pengurus Provinsi, Kota, Kabupaten dan atau gabungan Kota, Kabupaten terdiri dari Dewan Kehormatan, Dewan Etik dan Pengurus.

2. Anggota Berhak memberikan saran atau pokok pikiran untuk kemajuan organisasi.

3. Pengurus Pusat berkedudukan di bukota Negara Kesatuan Republik ndonesia.

3. Anggota Wajib Mentaati AD/ART, Menjaga nama baik IWO, Mematuhi Kode Etik Wartawan Online (KEWO), Melaksanakan aturan organisasi

4. Pengurus Provinsi berkedudukan diwilayah Provinsi.

4. Pembekuan organisasi hanya dapat dilakukan Mubes Luar Biasa yang khusus diadakan untuk hal tersebut.

5. Pengurus Kota, Kabupaten dan atau gabungan Kota, Kabupaten berkedudukan di Kota, Kabupaten.

5. Dalam hal IWO dibekukan, maka penyelesaian kekayaan organisasi ditetapkan bersamaan
dengan Mubes Luar Biasa.
