Jakarta — Percepatan Kemudahan berusaha dan mengubah kinerja birokrasi, menjadi fokus utama agar pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia semakin maju. Hal ini mengemuka dalam diskusi kepemimpinan reformasi birokrasi, di kampus Lembaga Administrasi Negara (LAN), di Jakarta, Rabu (28/11/2018).

Diskusi dipandu oleh Ketua Pengurus Pusat Ikatan Wartawan Online (PP IWO) Jodhi Yudono ini menghadirkan Ketua Komisi II DPR Zainuddin Amali, Stafsus Menko perekonomian Lestari Indah, Asisten III Provinsi Jawa Timur I Made Sukarte, Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah BKD Provinsi Jawa Tengah Arif Irwanto dan Wakil Gubernur Gorontalo.

Ketua Komisi II DPR Zainuddin Amali menilai, tugas pemerintah relatif mudah, yakni membuat kebijakan dan menciptakan pelayanan publik yang baik. “Sinkronisasi regulasi, arahan jelas dari pusat hingga daerah serta revolusi mental, akan mempercepat kemudahan berusaha,” papar Amali.

Tak hanya itu, Stafsus Menko perekonomian Lestari Indah menilai Indonesia masih harus menuju target level 40 negara dalam kemudahan berusaha di dunia dan masih harus bersaing dengan 190 negara lain di dunia. Sementara Kepala Biro Umum dan Reformasi Birokrasi Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal BKPM Zainal Muttaqin menyatakan, penyederhanaan perijinan pusat dan harmonisasi aturan daerah, akan memudahkan pencapaian target Indonesia sebagai negara ke-40 di dunia dalam kemudahan berusaha.

Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah BKD Jawa Tengah Arif Irwanto menyatakan era digital telah menyeruak, antara lain industri 4.0, kecerdasan buatan, penciptaan energi dan komputasi kuantum. “Kemudahan berusaha harus didukung kekuatan sumber digital, karena kecepatan era milenial harus diikuti oleh para birokrat,” ujar Arif.
Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Reformasi Birokrasi/ Reformasi Leader Academy (RLA) Angkatan XIII Tahun 2018. RLA kali ini mengusung tema: Ease of Doing Business. Anggota RLA terdiri dari 25 peserta yang merupakan para pejabat di tiga kementerian, Pemda Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Banten dan provinsi Gorontalo.

Tujuh jurus RLA XIII untuk kemudahan berusaha di Indonesia: Mendorong harmonisasi regulasi pusat dan daerah, Mengusulkan modal pelatihan untuk aparatur perijinan dan teknis, mendorong peran satgas dan stakeholder dan mendorong pelaksanaan coaching clinic. Selain itu, jurus lainnya yakni mendorong terbentuknya help desk di tempat umum, mendorong pelaksanaan broadcast EoDB serta mendorong terbentuknya forum komunikasi antara pemerintah pusat/ daerah dan pelaksana usaha/ asosiasi.

Menutup diskusi, ketum PP IWO Jodhi Yudono menegaskan, kerjasama dengan Lembaga Administrasi Negara (LAN) merupakan bentuk IWO dalam mewujudkan visi IWO mewujudkan kebebasan pers yang profesional dan sejahtera dengan menjunjung tinggi asas demokrasi. (Dwi/ IWO)
